Up and Running in Real Estate is an 8-week,  unique, online training/coaching program to help newer agents (under two years in the business) launch exceptional careers right now. It  is foundationed on a proven business start-up plan, so you learn how to manage your time and run your business. Each week, training and coaching support the agent putting to work the skills and concepts in the program. With over 20 documents, checklists and processes, the agent is guided every step of the way. Included:

  • 24 short video training modules, to walk you through each week
  • 4 role play videos to demonstrate the sales skills in the program
  • Action Plan Checklists to jump-start your business each week--tells you exactly what to do, and when to do it each week to succeed
  • 20+ documents/how-tos/processes to make professional habits easy to embrace
  • Coaching online each week to the Action Plans
  • Encouragement and inspiration weekly

Managers: Enrolling someone else: If you're ordering a course for someone other than yourself, check that on your registration. Then, you will receive an access code that you can email to whoever you ordered the program for. That way, you don't need to register for the program yourself.

Multiple ('bulk discount') orders: If you're ordering several of a program at once, you will receive a discount: 2-5 items, 10% discount; 6-10 items, 20% discount; 11+ items, 30% discount. When you order, you will receive access codes that you can distribute to those for whom you ordered. For Up and Running in Real Estate, you have one year to distribute your 'seats'.
