Up and Running in Real Estate is for agents with less than 2 years in the business. It is an interactive, fast-paced, start-up program with the activities weekly that assure you succeed in your career--fast! Your enrollment is for 4 months. Coaches' Corner--for Those Coaching Up and Running

Coaches' Corner is the coaches' companion to the agent's Up and Running in Real Estate program. You must have an agent registered in the Up and Running program to join Coaches' Corner. Coaches' Corner gives you the inside information on how to successfully coach your agent through this program. Find out more: Click on the Coaches' Corner picture. Your entry is good for one year. You'll also get one FREE entry into the agent's program, Up and Running in Real Estate. (your entry in this program is also good for one year).

Train the Trainer 2.0

Train the Trainer 2.0 is an online train the trainer program. It is accredited for 15 clock hours, and fulfills the requirement to become a clock-hour approved instructor in Washington state. It is written by Washington's Realtor Educator of the Year, and National  Realtor Educator of the Year, Carla Cross, CRB, MA. Click on the picture to find out more. You have 6 months to finish the program.

Enrolling someone else or purchasing 'bulk discount' seats:  

Do not register for the program yourself (unless you are going to take the program).

You will see the number of seats you have purchased, and the number you have used.  The simplest way to assign someone a ‘seat’ is to use the ‘bulk email’ that you see when you click on ‘seats’.

Finding your access codes

 You can always click on Purchases/Details (at the bottom of the page). This will show the number of purchases and your access code. You can also see your access code on the last line of Seats purchased.

 Multiple ('bulk discount') orders: If you're ordering several of a program at once, you will receive a discount: 2-5 items, 10% discount; 6-10 items, 20% discount; 11+ items, 30% discount. (You will receive access codes that you can distribute to those for whom you ordered. You have one year to distribute your 'seats'.)
